P2. GIFS

1. First I downloaded the rocket file from the long road media blog
2. Once downloaded I opened it into photoshop and opened the timeline as well, window-timeline
3. I then duplicated the frame 6 times
4. I made the countdown and rocket launch by adding a layer each time. For example first frame has 3 and rocket then the next 3,2 and rockets etc.
5. To make the rocket flow better after launch I used the Tween tool. You can ad frames before or after the first frame. I added 9 frames before the last framed.
6. It was a bit slow so I selected all frames and using the drop down menu changed the speed to 0.4 seconds.
7. I also changed the repeat to forever so the GIF would loop continuously.
8. Once finished I saved it for web and a GIF.
                                                                    Charlotte GIF
To make this GIF I imported a clip from my short film and changed opened it into the timeline. I then chaged the speed to 0.2 seconds.
                                                                      Panda GIF
To make this GIF I got a image of a panda from the internet and turned it to a frame. I then added a new frame, which I put the text on.
                                                                 Lego movie GIF
For the lego movie GIF I got two images of the internet. I made a frame for each one and cropped both images. I did this so the first image concentrates on one lego person and the second just has the face.
